Finding your tracking number

As soon as your order leaves us you will get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. It usually lands within 1 to 2 business days of ordering.

If you cannot find that email, check your spam folder first, then search your inbox for KomoreHome.

Still nothing?

Send us your order number at support@komorehome.com and we will find it for you and resend the tracking details.

How long delivery takes

• Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
• Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 3 to 12 business days depending on your address.
• Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii, and larger or heavier items, can take a few days longer.
• Tracking can take up to 24 hours to start updating after you receive the link.
