Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the KomoreHome website and any order you place through it. By using this site or placing an order you accept them.

1. About us

This site is operated by KomoreHome, a business established in Spain. Where the terms “we”, “us” and “our” are used, they refer to KomoreHome. You can reach us at support@komorehome.com.

2. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full.

3. Pricing

All prices on this site are shown in US dollars. Any applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay. We try to keep pricing accurate, but if an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you.

4. Product descriptions and images

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours can appear differently between screens, and natural materials vary slightly between batches. Minor variation is normal and is not a fault.

5. Delivery

We ship to addresses in the United States. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping page for current timings and costs.

6. Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. The full terms are set out on our Returns & Refunds page, which forms part of these terms.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, and not to copy or reuse its content without our permission.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, photography and design, belongs to KomoreHome or our licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you order is the version that applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and the courts of Spain have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the state in which you live.
