Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Processing

Orders are picked and packed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday start processing the next working day.

Where your order ships from

KomoreHome is based in Spain and works with fulfilment partners overseas. Depending on the item, your order may be dispatched from a warehouse outside the United States. This is reflected in the delivery estimates below, and there is nothing further for you to pay on arrival.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 3 to 12 business days. Larger or heavier items, and deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii, can take a few days longer. You will see an estimate for your specific address at checkout.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order. Any free shipping threshold or promotion in place at the time is applied automatically.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves us. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to begin updating.

Split deliveries

If you order several items they may arrive in more than one parcel and on different days. You are not charged more than once for shipping when this happens.

Delays

Carrier delays happen occasionally, particularly around peak periods and public holidays. If your order is significantly overdue, email us at support@komorehome.com with your order number and we will chase it.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us straight away. Once a parcel has been dispatched we cannot change the address, and parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address may incur a redelivery charge.

Damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 14 days of delivery with photographs of the item and the packaging and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
