Shipping and delivery
We ship to the United States. Orders are prepared in 1–2 business days, then usually arrive 3–12 business days after dispatch. Alaska, Hawaii and larger items may take longer.
Free shipping over $60. Other shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Some items ship from overseas fulfillment partners; there is nothing further to pay on arrival.
Returns within 14 days
Request a return within 14 days of delivery by emailing support@komorehome.com. Items must meet the conditions in our returns policy.
Return postage for a change of mind is paid by the customer. We cover return postage for faulty, damaged or incorrect items. Some bedding, towels, bath mats, bath rugs and pillows cannot be returned once opened or used unless faulty.
Tidy up in one move with the Bespoke Rattan Tissue Box. Blankets, toys, laundry or cables disappear inside, and the basket itself looks good enough to leave out in the open. The colourway has been kept deliberately versatile, so it sits just as comfortably in a bright, minimal room as it does in a warmer, more layered one.
The sides hold their shape when the basket is full and fold down flat when it is not needed, which is exactly the flexibility small homes require. Handles make it easy to carry from room to room. If your home sees children, pets and visitors in equal measure, that combination of practicality and good looks matters more than it sounds. Every piece we put our name to has to survive normal life first and look good second, and this one was chosen on exactly that basis. Care has been kept deliberately simple, because anything that is difficult to clean quietly stops being used after a few weeks.
When the season changes, fold it flat and slide it under a bed until you need it again. It is sized to work in smaller flats as well as larger family homes, which is rarely true of pieces in this category.

It is made for standard rectangular tissue boxes. Measure yours and compare it to the internal dimensions listed above.
Lift the cover off, set the new box in place and drop it back over. It takes a few seconds.
Yes, on a dry shelf or vanity. Keep it out of direct splash from the shower and the weave stays crisp.
Dust it with a dry cloth or a soft brush along the weave. A barely damp cloth handles anything more.
The base is finished to sit flat without dragging. Lift rather than slide it and a glass or lacquered surface stays unmarked.
