Shipping and delivery
We ship to the United States. Orders are prepared in 1–2 business days, then usually arrive 3–12 business days after dispatch. Alaska, Hawaii and larger items may take longer.
Free shipping over $60. Other shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Some items ship from overseas fulfillment partners; there is nothing further to pay on arrival.
Returns within 14 days
Request a return within 14 days of delivery by emailing support@komorehome.com. Items must meet the conditions in our returns policy.
Return postage for a change of mind is paid by the customer. We cover return postage for faulty, damaged or incorrect items. Some bedding, towels, bath mats, bath rugs and pillows cannot be returned once opened or used unless faulty.
Dry off faster with the Diamond Blossom Reversible Bath Towel. The absorbent weave lifts water from skin or hands quickly and releases it just as quickly, so the towel is ready again sooner. Because it works with so many different interiors, it also makes a safe choice as a gift for a new home, a birthday or a housewarming.
The loops are packed tightly enough to be genuinely absorbent while staying soft against skin, and the hemmed edges are finished to survive repeated washing without fraying. Customers tend to buy a second one within a few months, usually for another room in the same house. It arrives ready to use, with no assembly, special tools or complicated instructions to work through first. Small details like this are what turn a house into somewhere that feels genuinely looked after. If your home sees children, pets and visitors in equal measure, that combination of practicality and good looks matters more than it sounds.
Wash before first use to bring out full absorbency, and skip fabric softener to keep the loops working as they should. Never leave young children unattended in or near water, and always check that the surface is clean and properly secured before use.

Two Towels In One
Both faces are finished to the same standard, so the diamond blossom pattern can face out on the rail or in against you.
Dry In One Pass
The cotton pile takes water off skin immediately rather than pushing it around, which is the whole difference between towels.
Better In Year Three
Cotton softens with age instead of wearing thin. KomoreHome favours materials that are nicer to live with the longer you own them.
