We ship to the United States. Orders are prepared in 1–2 business days, then usually arrive 3–12 business days after dispatch. Alaska, Hawaii and larger items may take longer.
Free shipping over $60. Other shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Some items ship from overseas fulfillment partners; there is nothing further to pay on arrival.
Returns within 14 days
Request a return within 14 days of delivery by emailing support@komorehome.com. Items must meet the conditions in our returns policy.
Return postage for a change of mind is paid by the customer. We cover return postage for faulty, damaged or incorrect items. Some bedding, towels, bath mats, bath rugs and pillows cannot be returned once opened or used unless faulty.
