Shipping and delivery
We ship to the United States. Orders are prepared in 1–2 business days, then usually arrive 3–12 business days after dispatch. Alaska, Hawaii and larger items may take longer.
Free shipping over $60. Other shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Some items ship from overseas fulfillment partners; there is nothing further to pay on arrival.
Returns within 14 days
Request a return within 14 days of delivery by emailing support@komorehome.com. Items must meet the conditions in our returns policy.
Return postage for a change of mind is paid by the customer. We cover return postage for faulty, damaged or incorrect items. Some bedding, towels, bath mats, bath rugs and pillows cannot be returned once opened or used unless faulty.
Tidy up in one move with the Folding Storage Basket. Blankets, toys, laundry or cables disappear inside, and the basket itself looks good enough to leave out in the open. Because it works with so many different interiors, it also makes a safe choice as a gift for a new home, a birthday or a housewarming. The colourway has been kept deliberately versatile, so it sits just as comfortably in a bright, minimal room as it does in a warmer, more layered one.
The sides hold their shape when the basket is full and fold down flat when it is not needed, which is exactly the flexibility small homes require. Handles make it easy to carry from room to room. Customers tend to buy a second one within a few months, usually for another room in the same house. It arrives ready to use, with no assembly, special tools or complicated instructions to work through first. If your home sees children, pets and visitors in equal measure, that combination of practicality and good looks matters more than it sounds.
When the season changes, fold it flat and slide it under a bed until you need it again. Small details like this are what turn a house into somewhere that feels genuinely looked after.

It Disappears When Empty
Collapse it flat and it slides behind a door or under a bed, which is what stops storage becoming another thing taking up space.
Tidy In One Move
Blankets, toys, laundry or cables go in and the room is done. It is the difference between tidying for ten minutes and tidying for one.
It Moves With You
Light enough to pick up full and carry to another room. KomoreHome favours storage that adapts to the home rather than committing it.
