Keep track of the day with the Modern Cube LED Alarm Clock. A clean, readable face and a quiet mechanism make it easy to live with in a bedroom, kitchen or home office. The colourway has been kept deliberately versatile, so it sits just as comfortably in a bright, minimal room as it does in a warmer, more layered one. If you have been putting off refreshing this corner of the house, this is an easy, low-commitment place to start.
The movement runs quietly, so it will not intrude on a bedroom or a room where you work. Clear numerals and hands stay legible from across the room, day or night. If your home sees children, pets and visitors in equal measure, that combination of practicality and good looks matters more than it sounds. Every piece we put our name to has to survive normal life first and look good second, and this one was chosen on exactly that basis. Care has been kept deliberately simple, because anything that is difficult to clean quietly stops being used after a few weeks.
Set it once, and a single battery keeps it running quietly for months. It is sized to work in smaller flats as well as larger family homes, which is rarely true of pieces in this category.

The Time Without Reaching
Large LED digits are readable from across the room and at three in the morning, so you are not waking yourself up with a phone screen.
A Shape That Sits Anywhere
The clean cube form works on a bedside table, a kitchen shelf or a desk without looking like a piece of equipment.
Nothing To Listen To
No mechanism means no tick, which is what makes it usable beside a bed. KomoreHome checks how a piece behaves at night as well as by day.
